Workflow automation that gives your team their time back.
I'm Hassan Raza, a senior full-stack developer with 5+ years and 100+ projects. I find the manual work silently eating your week — copy-pasting between tools, chasing approvals, building Friday reports by hand — and replace it with systems that run themselves.

The work you shouldn't be doing
Most businesses don't have a people problem — they have a process problem. A salesperson copies lead details from a form into the CRM by hand. Someone spends every Friday stitching a report together from three spreadsheets. Invoices wait days for a manual approval that takes ten seconds. None of this is anyone's real job, but it eats hours every week and errors creep in everywhere.
Off-the-shelf tools promise to fix this, then stop at the edge of your actual workflow — the part that's specific to how you operate. That's where custom automation earns its keep: it maps to your process instead of forcing your process into a template.

What I automate
Lead routing & follow-up
New leads get scored, routed to the right rep, and followed up automatically — no lead sits untouched over a weekend again.
CRM integrations & syncs
Your CRM, email, spreadsheets, and billing stay in sync in real time. Enter data once, everywhere.
Invoicing & billing flows
Invoices generated, sent, chased, and reconciled automatically — including payment reminders that don't sound like a robot.
Reporting pipelines
The Friday report builds itself: data pulled from every source, cleaned, and delivered to Slack or inbox on schedule.
Approval workflows
Expenses, time-off, purchase orders — routed to the right approver with escalation when someone's on leave.
Notifications & escalations
The right person gets pinged at the right moment — low stock, stalled deals, failed payments — before small issues become fires.

How we'll work
- 01
Audit — free, 30 minutes
We map your most painful manual processes and I tell you honestly which ones are worth automating (and which aren't — some things shouldn't be).
- 02
Blueprint — fixed quote
You get a one-page plan: what gets built, what it connects to, what it costs. Fixed price, no hourly meter running.
- 03
Build — in testable milestones
I ship working automation in small increments so you see results early. You test against your real data, not a demo.
- 04
Handover — docs + walkthrough
Documentation, a Loom walkthrough, error handling with alerts, and a 30-day fix window. Your team owns it, not me.

Stack I reach for
The right tool depends on the job. No-code where it wins on speed, custom code where you need scale and control:

Questions, answered
How much does workflow automation cost?
Most projects land between $800 and $4,000 depending on scope — a single workflow (like automated lead follow-up) sits at the lower end, while a full operations overhaul with multiple integrations sits higher. After a free 30-minute audit call I'll give you a fixed quote, not an hourly meter. Monthly retainers are available if you want ongoing optimization.
How long does a typical automation project take?
A single workflow usually ships in 1–2 weeks. Multi-system automations (CRM + invoicing + reporting wired together) take 3–4 weeks including testing. I work in small, testable milestones so you see working automation early, not a big-bang reveal at the end.
Will it work with the tools we already use?
Almost certainly. I integrate with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive), email (Gmail, Outlook), spreadsheets, Slack, Stripe, Shopify, and hundreds of others via API — plus n8n, Make, and Zapier where they fit. If a tool has an API, I can automate around it.
Do you build with no-code tools or custom code?
Both, honestly. No-code (n8n, Make, Zapier) wins for speed and maintainability on standard workflows. Custom code (Laravel/Node.js) wins when you need scale, complex logic, or full data control. I'll recommend whichever is cheaper for you long-term — not whichever is easier for me.
What happens if an automation breaks?
Every automation I ship includes error handling, failure notifications, and logging so problems surface immediately instead of silently. You also get a 30-day fix window after delivery, documentation, and a Loom walkthrough so your team isn't dependent on me forever.
