Services / SaaS Development
SaaS platforms engineered to scale past your MVP.
I'm Hassan Raza, a senior full-stack developer with 5+ years and 100+ projects. I build SaaS products the unsexy-correct way — multi-tenant data isolation, billing that handles the edge cases, roles and audit trails — so your MVP doesn't need rebuilding the moment you get traction.

What "SaaS-ready" actually means
Anyone can bolt a login page onto a CRUD app and call it SaaS. A real SaaS product needs multi-tenancy with proper data isolation, subscription billing with trials and proration, role-based access, audit logs, usage metering, and an onboarding flow that doesn't need a human to explain it. Skip any of these and you'll rebuild within a year — usually right when growth makes rebuilding most painful.
I've built these systems repeatedly — ticketing platforms with team-based assignment, recruitment testing systems, finance tools with premium tiers. The patterns are solved; what matters is executing them cleanly the first time.

What I build
SaaS MVPs in weeks
Ruthlessly scoped to the core workflow. You get in front of paying users fast, then we iterate on evidence instead of guesses.
Subscription billing
Stripe end-to-end: plans, trials, metered usage, dunning, invoices, tax handling. The edge cases handled before they bite.
Multi-tenant architecture
One codebase, isolated customer data, per-tenant configuration. Scales without a rewrite.
Roles, permissions & audit logs
Admin, manager, member — with every sensitive action logged. Enterprise buyers ask for this; you'll already have it.
Dashboards & analytics
The views your customers (and you) need: usage, revenue, activity. Real-time where it matters.
Public APIs & integrations
A documented API from day one, so your product plays well with your customers' stacks — and your own future mobile app.

How we'll work
- 01
Scoping — free call
We define the smallest product real users would pay for. I push back on scope creep here, not after you've paid for it.
- 02
Architecture & fixed quote
Data model, tenant strategy, billing design — documented up front, fixed price attached.
- 03
Build in weekly increments
You see working software every week, tested against realistic data. Course corrections are cheap when they're early.
- 04
Launch & iterate
Deploy, monitor, onboard your first users, then shift to a retainer rhythm driven by what users actually do.

In production, not just on paper
TickSwift — a SaaS-architecture showcase: team-based ticket assignment, real-time status updates, role-based dashboards. SkillTest — a complete recruitment testing platform with candidate management. Budget Hero — personal finance with Stripe-powered premium features.

Questions, answered
How long does it take to build a SaaS MVP?
A focused MVP — core workflow, auth, billing, one user role — typically ships in 4–8 weeks. I cut scope ruthlessly to get you in front of real users fast, then iterate on what they actually do rather than what we guessed they'd do.
How do you handle subscriptions and billing?
Stripe, end to end: plans, trials, metered usage, upgrades, downgrades, failed-payment dunning, and invoices. I've wired billing into multiple production products — including a personal finance tool with Stripe-powered premium tiers — so the edge cases (proration, tax, cancellations) don't surprise you later.
Can you take over our existing SaaS codebase?
Yes. I start with a code audit — architecture, security, test coverage, and the backlog of what's actually broken — then give you an honest report before writing a line. Whether it's Laravel, Node, or something messier, I'll tell you what's salvageable and what needs rebuilding.
Single-tenant or multi-tenant — which do we need?
Multi-tenant (one app, isolated data per customer) for almost every B2B SaaS — it's cheaper to run and easier to update. Single-tenant only makes sense for enterprise clients with strict compliance needs. I'll architect for multi-tenant with clean data isolation from day one.
What does SaaS development cost?
MVPs typically run $5,000–$15,000 depending on complexity; ongoing development works best as a monthly retainer once you're iterating with users. You'll get a fixed quote for the MVP after a free scoping call — no open-ended hourly billing into the void.
Let's scope the smallest thing users would pay for.
A free scoping call. You'll leave with a clear MVP definition and a fixed quote — whether or not we work together.
